These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GNGR website and your purchase of GNGR products. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Shipping Policy, Refund & Replacement Policy, and Privacy Policy.


1) Eligibility: You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
2) Products: GNGR products are made-to-order using print-on-demand services. Minor variations may occur and are not considered defects.
3) Orders: You are responsible for confirming your product selection and shipping details before purchase.
4) Pricing & Availability: Prices, product designs, and availability may change at any time.
5) International Customers: Import duties, VAT, and customs fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility. Carrier/customs delays do not qualify for refunds.
6) Disputes: Please contact us at hello@thisisGNGR.com before initiating a chargeback so we can help resolve the issue.
7) Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, GNGR’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product(s).
8) Updates: We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect upon posting.

SHIPPING POLICY | Last Updated: Jan 01, 2026

  • Processing / Production Time: GNGR products are made to order. Production typically takes 3–7 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Shipping typically takes 3–10 business days in the U.S. International shipping times vary.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

  • Expedited Shipping: Because items are produced on demand, orders generally cannot be expedited once production has begun.

  • Delays: GNGR is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Delivery dates are estimates.

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY | Last Updated: Jan 01, 2026

Because GNGR products are custom-made and printed on demand, all sales are final except in cases of defect, misprint, damage in transit, or fulfillment error.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund (strictly limited to):

  • Items that arrive damaged

  • Items that are misprinted

  • Items that are defective

  • Fulfillment errors (wrong item/size/variant shipped)

 

To Request a Replacement or Refund:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

 

Not Eligible for Return or Refund:

  • Buyer’s remorse or preference changes

  • Ordering the wrong item or size

  • Minor variations in color, print placement, or appearance inherent to print-on-demand

  • Shipping delays outside GNGR’s control

  • Items marked delivered by the carrier

 

Approved refunds (when applicable) are issued to the original payment method. GNGR reserves discretion to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund for approved claims.

PRIVACY POLICY | Last Updated: Jan 01, 2026

GNGR respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

What We Collect: When you place an order, we may collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information (processed securely through third-party providers). We do not store full payment details.

How We Use Your Information: We use your information only to process and fulfill orders, communicate order updates or support inquiries, and share GNGR updates if you opt into email communications.

We Do Not Sell Your Data: GNGR does not sell or rent your personal data.

Third-Party Services: We use third-party services, including print-on-demand partners. These partners receive only the information necessary to fulfill your order.

Your Rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting hello@thisisGNGR.com.
